Hi 🙂 Unfortunately, without access to logs, it's hard to figure out what might go wrong in your case. It would be helpful if you could send us logs and specify which version of the videoroom you are using.

when i am adding people for specific channel after one or two days its stop connection broadcasting 

when i restart it. Its start working fine

Hi peky , could you please provide us with the output of `mix deps.tree`? 

We would also need more details:
* what is your app doing - only audio, video or both audio and video. Are people connected for 2/3 days without a break? 
* do you have any logs from running `mix phx.server`? You provided us with opentelemetry events which are something different
*  is it possible to dump the WS communication in Network tab  of browser developer tools
